Benjamin Ee
Benjamin is an experienced forensic investigator, compliance advisor, and a qualified fellow chartered accountant with over 2 decades of experience. Based in Singapore, Ben is currently the of Head of Litigation Support and Forensics of an international accounting firm. He specializes in fraud investigations, anti-bribery/corruption compliance reviews, and third-party (supplier/distributor) audits and litigation support across Asia Pacific.
Benjamin has advised multinationals in various industries, specifically in new energy, life sciences, and manufacturing. His work has enabled clients to respond to regulatory requests from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchange, and internal company investigations commissioned by independent directors, senior management, and key stakeholders.
Benjamin has also accumulated industry experience as a regional internal audit manager with a US-listed multinational oil and gas company and a Singapore-listed transport company as a senior audit manager. In these roles, he directed teams on internal audit reviews and investigations across many jurisdictions in East Asia, the Middle East, the UK, and the US. He is a regular speaker at conferences as a subject matter expert, and is an adjunct lecturer with Singapore Management University where he teaches “Forensic Accounting and Investigation”.
