Felicia is Ghim Li Global's Chief Executive Officer. She joined the company in 2006 as a legal officer and was responsible for the legal compliance office, before becoming the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2019. She is currently responsible for the overall management of Finance, Textile Mill and Factory Operations, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing. This scope includes the Outsourced Manufacturing and Product, Development, and Design departments.

Felicia builds, directs, and drives the annual strategic sales and marketing plan, and implements marketing strategies to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities globally. In recognition of her and Ghim Li Global’s commitment and contribution to Singapore, she was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2021 by Halimah Yacob, the then-President of the Republic of Singapore.

Felicia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Nottingham in 2003 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 2005. She is a Singapore Academy of Law member and management committee member of the Textile Apparel Fashion Federation Singapore.
