Madhavi has over a decade of international commercial and marine dispute resolution experience in Singapore and New York. Currently, she manages maritime claims at one of the 12 International Group Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Clubs, and handles a wide range of P&I matters including pollution incidents, prosecutions, and admiralty disputes.

Notably, Madhavi is experienced in dealing with economic sanctions that impact the shipping industry and frequently engages with key stakeholders in the region. She has a double degree in Economics and Law from Monash University and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is also an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
